Send the photos.
After Rami reviews the information, you’ll receive secure instructions for submitting the images you want considered. You may choose your own photographer.

Review and sign.
Rami prepares the brokerage-approved listing agreement and documents in Dotloop. Review the terms, ask questions, and sign electronically when you’re ready.

Approve the listing.
Your signed documents authorize Rami to prepare and publish the property to the MLS and its syndicated home-search websites. You review the listing information before publication.

Review offers.
Rami presents offers and can explain their terms and the transaction process. You decide whether to accept, reject, or counter and may seek legal advice whenever appropriate.

Move toward closing.
Rami coordinates with the parties involved, helps track key dates, and supports the transaction through a successful closing. The listing commission is then collected at closing.
