The listing-side fee is 1% of the property’s gross sale price, subject to a $1,000 minimum. It is collected only after a successful closing and is calculated before any eligible photography credit.
No separate seller transaction, brokerage, or listing-maintenance fee is charged by Control Your Listing. Third-party and closing costs may still apply and will be disclosed through the applicable providers and documents.
No. Any buyer-broker compensation offered by the seller is separate from the 1% listing-side commission and is negotiated directly with the seller. Commission rates are negotiable and are not set by law.
No. The consultation is free and optional. You can go directly to Start My Listing.
You choose and pay the photographer directly. If the property successfully closes with Rami, an eligible paid receipt may receive a closing credit for the actual cost, up to $250. No credit is issued if the listing is cancelled, withdrawn, expires, or does not close.
Showing requests can be coordinated through ShowingTime according to the availability and approval preferences you provide. The seller remains responsible for the property’s physical access arrangements and any on-site needs described in the agreement.
Open-house information can be placed in the MLS. The seller generally handles the open house and on-site responsibilities unless another arrangement is made in writing.
Yes. The seller may cancel without a cancellation fee, subject to the terms of the signed listing agreement and its 90-day protection period.
If the seller cancels and then completes a transaction within 90 days with a buyer introduced to the property during the listing, the listing commission may still be owed under the signed agreement.
Rami can ask whether the seller is willing and able to show the property. If not, he may refer the buyer to a partner agent. Any resulting roles, duties, and compensation must be disclosed and agreed to as required.
The service is available for Florida properties and property types Rami may legally list under his license, brokerage policy, and the applicable MLS.
No. It is a real estate professional’s market-value opinion based on available property and market information. It is not an appraisal, tax assessment, or guarantee of the eventual sale price.
Rami reviews the information, follows up as needed, and prepares brokerage-approved documents in Dotloop. Nothing is published until you review and sign the applicable agreement.
