We use it to respond to your request and prepare your real estate service. We do not share it without your permission except as needed to provide the service or comply with law.
Service provider
Control Your Listing is a service brand and is not a separate real estate brokerage. Real estate services are provided by Rami Salem, REALTOR®, Florida license SL3416804, through the licensed brokerage DALTON WADE INC, doing business as Dalton Wade Real Estate Group.
Commission
The advertised listing-side commission is 1% of the gross sale price, subject to a $1,000 minimum and the terms of an executed listing agreement. It is due only after a successful closing. Commission rates are negotiable and are not set by law.
Buyer-broker compensation
Buyer-broker compensation, if offered, is separate from the 1% listing-side commission and is negotiated directly with the seller. No particular amount is required by Control Your Listing.
Photography credit
The seller selects and pays the photographer directly. When a property successfully closes with Rami, the seller may receive a closing credit for the actual paid photography cost, up to $250, with a paid receipt and subject to the executed agreement and closing statement. The $1,000 minimum commission is calculated before the credit.
Home-value opinions and examples
A real estate professional’s value opinion is not an appraisal, tax assessment, or guarantee of sale price. Savings calculators and fee comparisons are illustrations and exclude buyer-broker compensation and other transaction costs.
